We are so proud of Bahia’s journey. Formerly known as Gipsy, she was welcomed at Doggy Oasis International in 2023 and has just received the Hero Dog Trophy 2025, in the visiting and mediator dog category awarded by the Centrale Canine. ☺️ Since her adoption in August 2023, Bahia has been doing remarkable work, providing great support to children during reading sessions at the university library together with her adopter. A wonderful story that shows that after a life of wandering and sad experiences, the second chance that adoption offers can bring many surprises for our dogs. They always manage to find their place, to give so much love, and to bring comfort where it is needed most. 💕🐶
